This contract opportunity seeks FOUR Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support a thriving district for the remainder of the 25/26 school year. Whether you prefer working onsite, hybrid, or fully virtual, flexible arrangements are available to fit your needs. Full-time and part-time schedules (8:00–4:00) are open, with start dates as soon as possible.

In this vital role, you’ll not only provide expert behavior analysis for students and school teams, but you’ll also play a central role in mentoring aspiring BCBAs. By supervising ABA apprentices, you’ll help them gain the necessary supervised hours—both restricted and unrestricted—to advance their careers as future BCBAs. Your leadership will shape both student outcomes and the skills of incoming professionals.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Strong commitment to evidence-based behavioral interventions in a school setting
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
  • Prior experience supervising, training, or mentoring upcoming behavior professionals is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills with classroom teams, families, and staff
  • Adaptability to work onsite, hybrid, or virtually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coach ABA apprentices, ensuring their supervision hours align with BCBA requirements
  • Provide direct behavioral support and consultation for district classroom teams
  • Guide staff in best practices for implementing FBAs and PBSPs
  • Deliver training sessions to enhance program effectiveness and promote a collaborative environment.
