Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania

Exciting opportunities await for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a passion for growing the next generation of professionals! A district near the Jersey Shore area is seeking four dynamic BCBAs to step in immediately for the remainder of the 25/26 school year on a contract basis. Both part-time and full-time arrangements can be considered, making this an ideal fit for a variety of schedules. Flexible work settings (onsite, hybrid, or remote) are offered to help you thrive.

As a valued BCBA, you will take on a meaningful mentorship role by supervising ABA apprentices, guiding them towards their certification requirements. Your expertise will help shape future BCBAs as you oversee restricted and unrestricted hour acquisition. In addition, your clinical knowledge will directly benefit district classroom teams through targeted behavioral supports.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Must hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor aspiring BCBAs
• Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or virtually

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to district classroom teams
• Mentor and supervise ABA apprentices, ensuring completion of required BCBA supervision hours
• Deliver ongoing training to instructional staff
• Conduct FBAs and develop or review PBSPs as needed
• Collaborate with educational teams to promote best behavioral practices
• Manage a varied caseload, details to be determined
