Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania

An exciting contract opportunity awaits for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts eager to make an impact while fostering the next generation of professionals. Four BCBAs are needed to support district programs for the remainder of the 25/26 school year. This flexible position offers full-time or part-time options and welcomes candidates who are interested in onsite, hybrid, or virtual arrangements.

Your expertise will be instrumental in both direct service and mentorship. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll facilitate high-quality behavioral support to student teams, help guide aspiring BCBAs, and contribute to a collaborative school environment that prioritizes growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (ABA apprentices), ensuring they receive both restricted and unrestricted hours necessary for BCBA certification
• Oversee ABA apprentices’ clinical development, provide feedback, and document progress
• Support classroom teams through behavioral skills training, modeling, and coaching
• Conduct and write Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and help develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Collaborate with staff to implement behavior intervention strategies across programs
• Participate in team meetings and serve as a behavioral resource in a varied caseload setting

Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of FBA and PBSP development
• Passion for professional development and mentorship
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
