Step into a pivotal role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 academic year! This dynamic, onsite position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across three diverse school sites, supporting both general education and special education students. As this is a brand-new BCBA role for the district, your leadership and expertise will help shape essential behavioral programs and provide valuable support to educators and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral services and interventions for students across all school sites
- Complete thorough behavioral observations, including support in emotional support classrooms
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized, data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective student support
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert behavioral recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification
- Proven track record of driving data-based decisions and behavioral program development
- Excellent interpersonal skills to support collaboration with district staff, teachers, and mental health professionals
- Experience in K-12 educational settings or with both general and special education populations is highly valued
- Ability to work scheduled, onsite hours, Monday through Friday (37-40 hours per week) across three school locations
- Must be able to provide a redacted FBA sample and references as part of the application process
