Exciting opportunity this upcoming school year for a passionate and data-driven BCBA ready to make a meaningful impact across three school campuses. This contract role offers the chance to shape and establish the district’s approach to behavioral support, as they welcome the BCBA discipline for the first time.

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both general and special education students, working on-site exclusively across the district’s elementary, middle, and high schools. Your expertise will help foster positive behavior change and enhance the learning environment, while you collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, and support staff.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required (no BCaBAs considered)
  • Proven experience providing direct services and developing behavior-analytic interventions in educational settings
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and mental health professionals
  • Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing individualized behavior plans, and participating in IEP meetings
  • Enjoys flexible work between multiple school buildings
  • Must provide a redacted FBA sample and professional references during the application process

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral services to students, including observation and support in general and special education classrooms
  • Conduct FBAs and develop evidence-based, individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing behavioral expertise and progress updates
  • Work in partnership with teachers, psychologists, and student support staff to promote positive outcomes and proactive strategies
  • Travel between three district school sites as needed

This full-time, on-site position runs from August 17, 2026, through June 10, 2027, offering 37-40 hours per week of rewarding school-based work.
