Position: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team for the upcoming school year. This position is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys collaborating with teachers, school psychologists, and staff to support students across general education and special education settings. The BCBA will provide behavioral services, conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and help strengthen behavioral support systems within the district.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct behavioral support to students
- Complete classroom observations and collect behavioral data
- Participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience with FBAs and behavior intervention planning
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
