Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience completing FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong collaboration, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to provide a redacted FBA sample and professional references upon submission
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct student services across three school campuses
- Conduct district-wide behavioral observations (including emotional support classrooms)
- Complete functional behavior assessments and craft effective behavior plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with school psychologists and teachers
