Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Proven experience working with children or youth, ideally in a school or educational context
• Strong ability to assess student needs, develop individualized plans, and implement effective behavioral interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff and families
• Ability to present and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders clearly and professionally
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a high standard of professional integrity

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for students
• Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school administration to ensure best practices in behavioral supports
• Provide staff training on implementing behavioral strategies and monitoring progress
• Observe students in classrooms and other school settings, gathering detailed information to tailor supports
• Present assessment findings and recommendations to Chelsea & Jordan, as well as other school team members
• Maintain thorough documentation, respecting confidentiality protocols at all times
