Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Proven experience working with children or youth, ideally in a school or educational context
- Strong ability to assess student needs, develop individualized plans, and implement effective behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff and families
- Ability to present and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders clearly and professionally
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a high standard of professional integrity
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for students
- Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school administration to ensure best practices in behavioral supports
- Provide staff training on implementing behavioral strategies and monitoring progress
- Observe students in classrooms and other school settings, gathering detailed information to tailor supports
- Present assessment findings and recommendations to Chelsea & Jordan, as well as other school team members
- Maintain thorough documentation, respecting confidentiality protocols at all times
