Step into a dynamic educational setting supporting cooperative programming as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity offers a 2.0 FTE role, providing dedicated behavioral expertise to students from early childhood through 8th grade within a collaborative, school-based environment. You'll partner with teachers, support staff, and administrators to create and implement positive behavioral interventions and support strategies, making a meaningful impact on student growth and success.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in a school-based or educational setting preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and families
  • Experience supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
  • Confident in developing, monitoring, and revising individualized behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention and support plans for students
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training for teachers and school staff
  • Consult with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development and implementation
  • Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform ongoing strategies
  • Empower families and caregivers through consultation and training as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and proactive school climate
