A district-wide Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to serve students and collaborate with teams for the 2026–2027 school year. This contract position runs from August 26, 2026, to June 15, 2027, offering 35 hours of work each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral assessments and individualized intervention plans fit for diverse student needs.
- Provide direct support to students, while consulting and collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student growth and inclusive academic experiences.
- Establish and maintain meaningful partnerships with external agencies delivering support and services to students and their families across the district.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of prior experience working as a BCBA in educational settings, demonstrating successful behavioral intervention and support.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for working with students, staff, and agency partners.
