We're partnering with a school district near Brattleboro seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time contract assignment during the 2026-2027 school year. This district-wide role offers a rewarding opportunity to positively impact students across multiple educational settings.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

• 35 Hours Weekly

School Year:

• August 2026 – June 2027

Responsibilities:

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop intervention strategies

• Provide consultation to educators and school teams

• Support implementation of individualized behavior plans

• Collaborate with families and community service providers

• Monitor behavioral outcomes and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential

• Master's degree in a related field

• 3-5 years of professional BCBA experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills
