Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Thorough knowledge of conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Proven skill in creating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Comfortable providing direct supervision to behavior technicians

• Perform comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments within a school context
• Create and oversee effective Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to individual needs
• Provide direct, hands-on supervision to one Behavior Technician (BT) implementing a short-term intervention plan

• Track progress and document outcomes for continuous improvement
