  • Comfortable providing direct supervision to behavior technicians

  • Perform comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments within a school context
  • Create and oversee effective Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to individual needs
  • Provide direct, hands-on supervision to one Behavior Technician (BT) implementing a short-term intervention plan
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support student success and professional growth
  • Track progress and document outcomes for continuous improvement
