Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working in school or educational environments preferred
  • Strong grasp of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students to identify needs and recommend strategies
  • Create, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans tailored to individual student goals
  • Train and consult with school staff, teachers, and families on ABA strategies and best practices
  • Collect and analyze data to provide progress updates, making recommendations as needed
  • Provide ongoing support and modifications to interventions as students’ needs evolve
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute behavioral expertise, and document services according to school policy
