Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification and credentialing
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral services preferred
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret assessment data
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students, staff, and families
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff on behavioral strategies
  • Collect, analyze, and report on student progress through data-driven decision making
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
  • Ensure compliance with school, district, and state regulations
