Desired Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification and credentialing
- Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral services preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards in all interactions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret assessment data
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students, staff, and families
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff on behavioral strategies
- Collect, analyze, and report on student progress through data-driven decision making
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
- Ensure compliance with school, district, and state regulations
