Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Kent, WA

Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience implementing ABA strategies in educational settings preferred
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Current state licensure or eligibility (as required)
• Knowledge of relevant data collection and analysis tools

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
• Develop and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Provide direct services to students and consult with school staff
• Train and support educators and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings as needed
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Help foster inclusive, supportive learning environments
