Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with education teams to support students in both Autistic Support (AS) and Emotional Support (ES) classrooms
• Conduct behavioral observations in general and special education settings
• Model behavioral strategies and train staff in best practices
• Facilitate team calls to address complex student needs and offer guidance during challenging situations
• Oversee collection and analysis of behavioral data, providing actionable feedback to school teams
• Assist with the design and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Remain present and available during student hours to provide real-time support
