Elementary Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Knightdale, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• BCBA certification in good standing (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensed to practice as required by state regulations

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide targeted coaching and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and interdisciplinary school teams
• Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and clear documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams and actively participate in meetings to support student success

Position Details:

• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, aligned with the academic calendar
