Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA Certification required
  • Licensed for school-based practice
  • Experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Flexibility to work effectively across elementary, middle, and high school environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments for students as referred
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Provide ongoing coaching, consultation, and professional development to teachers, paraprofessionals, and related staff
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, ensuring thorough documentation and progress tracking
  • Collaborate as an active member of IEP teams, contributing to meetings and planning
  • Adapt to varying caseloads in response to district-specific needs
