Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification or valid RBT credential
• Professional experience supporting students with disabilities in educational settings
• In-depth understanding of ABA methodologies and evidence-based interventions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and privacy laws
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report behavioral data
• Flexibility to adapt strategies for individual student needs

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
• Work hands-on with students to promote social, emotional, and academic growth
• Train and mentor school staff and other support professionals on implementation of behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to improve outcomes and maximize inclusion
• Support district-wide efforts to improve LRE for all students with disabilities
• Document interventions and report regularly to school leadership and families
