Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification or valid RBT credential
- Professional experience supporting students with disabilities in educational settings
- In-depth understanding of ABA methodologies and evidence-based interventions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and privacy laws
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report behavioral data
- Flexibility to adapt strategies for individual student needs
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
- Work hands-on with students to promote social, emotional, and academic growth
- Train and mentor school staff and other support professionals on implementation of behavioral strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to improve outcomes and maximize inclusion
- Support district-wide efforts to improve LRE for all students with disabilities
- Document interventions and report regularly to school leadership and families
