Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Knoxville, TN

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in school settings preferred
• Familiarity with developing, monitoring, and analyzing behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to assess student needs and effectively train school staff
• Comfortable adapting to new settings and following district protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student behavioral goals
• Provide ongoing training, consultation, and support for classroom staff on ABA principles and behavior management
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Serve as a resource for evidence-based behavioral strategies and interventions within the school community
