Qualifications and Experience:
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Prior experience delivering ABA services within educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of FBA/BIP development, implementation, and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Support the implementation of behavioral interventions for students with a range of needs
- Provide staff training and coaching in ABA principles and strategies
- Monitor and analyze student progress through data collection and reporting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, school psychologists, and related service providers
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
- Advocate for students’ needs while maintaining compliance with school and district protocols
