Qualifications and Experience:

• BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Prior experience delivering ABA services within educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of FBA/BIP development, implementation, and data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Support the implementation of behavioral interventions for students with a range of needs
• Provide staff training and coaching in ABA principles and strategies
• Monitor and analyze student progress through data collection and reporting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, school psychologists, and related service providers
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Advocate for students’ needs while maintaining compliance with school and district protocols
