You’ll provide hands-on guidance for a diverse group of older, physically larger students exhibiting complex behavioral challenges, including elopement, daily crisis management, and self-injurious actions. With a network of paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and aides—some offering 2:1 support—your leadership and expertise will reinforce a collaborative, continuously adapting environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience with older students exhibiting intense behavioral concerns
• Proven success in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and crisis management plans
• Demonstrated skill in training, coaching, and supporting RBTs, paraprofessionals, and teaching staff
• Capacity to analyze and address functions of behavior in high-needs populations
• Commitment to supporting students in inclusive, non-isolated settings
