Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting, working with Pre-K to 12th grade students
  • Strong skills in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills with school staff, students, and families
  • Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic, onsite-only environment

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior plans
  • Providing training and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on behavioral interventions
  • Monitoring student progress, adjusting strategies as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student
