Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Prior experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention, assessment, and individualized support planning
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with families, educators, and related service providers
  • Ability to manage and monitor mental health and behavioral strategies
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct in working with students

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavior-analytic services to an elementary-age student in a school setting
  • Conduct assessments, develop behavioral intervention plans, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to address both behavioral and mental health needs
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to school staff to ensure positive, proactive interventions
  • Work onsite from 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, supporting the student throughout the school day
  • Participate in meetings with educators and caregivers to promote student success
