Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention, assessment, and individualized support planning
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with families, educators, and related service providers
- Ability to manage and monitor mental health and behavioral strategies
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct in working with students
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavior-analytic services to an elementary-age student in a school setting
- Conduct assessments, develop behavioral intervention plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to address both behavioral and mental health needs
- Provide guidance, training, and support to school staff to ensure positive, proactive interventions
- Work onsite from 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, supporting the student throughout the school day
- Participate in meetings with educators and caregivers to promote student success
