You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping students’ journeys by collaborating with teachers, paraprofessionals, and IEP teams to develop and support individualized plans that foster growth and success. No two days are the same as you adapt to varying caseloads and work across diverse grade levels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Valid professional license
- Prior experience in school, pediatric, or multi-age settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Dedication to evidence-based, student-centered intervention practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Consult and provide coaching to educators, paraprofessionals, and school teams
- Collect, analyze, and document student data to inform progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborative problem-solving
- Adapt intervention strategies as needed to support diverse student populations
