What We're Looking For:

  • Current BCBA certification, with strong knowledge of school-based interventions
  • Previous experience with K-5 age groups preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a building-wide behavior specialist, providing coaching to staff
  • Observe and assess behavior needs, then guide faculty in positive interventions
  • Develop and share best practices in behavioral management and student engagement
  • Foster positive, supportive relationships with educators, students, and staff
