Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – PreK-3

Location: Middleborough, MA Area
Pay: $48.80–$59.25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Full School Year
Caseload: PreK–3rd Grade

Position Details

• PreK–3rd grade caseload
• Full-time
• Full school year
• Consultation-heavy role

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, staff, and student support teams
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention strategies
• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze student data
• Provide recommendations based on student needs and behavioral data
• Collaborate with educators and other school-based professionals
• Support staff in implementing effective behavioral interventions
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Provide guidance and training related to behavioral strategies and interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with PreK-3 students preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong behavioral assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively consult with teachers and school personnel
