Take on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students for the entire 2026-2027 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time onsite role offers the chance to make a district-wide impact, working closely with educators and supervising Behavioral Support Assistants to ensure the best outcomes for students across all grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Washington State BCBA license, or willingness to obtain prior to start
  • Ability to complete fingerprinting through OSPI, or willingness to do so
  • Experience working with K-12 students or similar pediatric populations (strongly preferred)
  • Previous supervision of staff (such as Behavior Support Assistants) is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to onsite work; virtual candidates are not eligible

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention planning, and direct support throughout the district’s K-12 settings
  • Supervise and mentor Behavioral Support Assistants, guiding implementation of effective intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student growth and classroom success
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Remain current on best practices in applied behavior analysis within educational environments

This is a contract position running from September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Located onsite, you’ll engage directly with students and staff, helping shape positive behaviors and promote a supportive learning environment.
