Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Lancaster, CA

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting high schools for the 2026/2027 academic year in the Lancaster, CA area. This full-time BCBA role offers the chance to work closely with school psychologists and administrative leaders, conducting FBAs, observations, interventions, and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans. As an itinerant Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll provide valuable expertise across several nearby high school campuses, making a positive impact on diverse student populations.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB
• At least one year of experience working in school settings, preferably at the high school level
• Demonstrated experience with ED student populations
• Trained in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable personal transportation to travel between sites
• Background in school-based ABA services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with school support teams to implement interventions
• Deliver professional insights for managing complex behavior cases
• Guide crisis management and de-escalation support
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports

The hourly pay range is $50–60, depending on your experience and degree level.
