School Board- Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Details

• Location: Lancaster – Itinerant across high school district sites
• Hours: 30 hours per week
• School Year: Full 2026/2027 School Year
• Contract Length: Full school year with strong potential for renewal
• Schedule: To be determined

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, in-person behavioral support services across multiple district campuses
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Perform student observations and develop behavior intervention recommendations
• Collaborate with district psychologists, administrators, and educational teams
• Support students with emotional and behavioral needs within high school settings
• Assist in implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies and interventions

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Minimum of 1 year of school-based BCBA experience required
• Experience working with high school populations strongly preferred
• Experience supporting students identified as Emotionally Disabled (ED) required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $52.50 to $72.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
