Location: Antelope Valley, CA
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 30 Hours/Week | 2026–2027 School Year
Setting: Hybrid | On-Site Direct Services + Remote Indirect Services

A school district in the Antelope Valley is seeking an experienced BCBA for the full 2026–2027 school year, with a strong possibility of renewal. This hybrid opportunity allows the BCBA to complete direct services on-site while handling eligible indirect services remotely from home.

Position Details:

Full 2026–2027 school year
30 hours per week
Schedule to be determined
Strong chance of renewal
Hybrid schedule
On-site for direct student services
Work from home for indirect services
Itinerant position across high school sites
Sites are closely located within the district
Provide behavioral support to high school students
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Complete student observations
Collaborate with school psychologists and administrators
Support students within Emotionally Disabled populations
Open to qualified traveling candidates

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification through the BACB required
Minimum 1 year of school-based BCBA experience
High school experience required
Experience supporting Emotionally Disabled students
Strong FBA and behavioral assessment experience
Ability to provide required in-person services on-site
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Reliable and committed candidates only
