Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 30 Hours/Week | 2026–2027 School Year
Setting: Hybrid | High School | Itinerant

A school district near Lancaster, CA is looking for a BCBA with school-based experience to support high school students throughout the 2026–2027 school year. This role combines on-site direct services with the flexibility to complete indirect services from home.

Position Details:

Full 2026–2027 school year
30 hours per week
Schedule TBD
Strong potential for renewal
Hybrid position
Direct services completed on-site and in person
Indirect services may be completed remotely
Travel between closely located high school sites
Provide behavioral consultation and support
Conduct FBAs and student observations
Collaborate with school psychologists and administrators
Support Emotionally Disabled student populations
Open to qualified travelers

Requirements:

Active BACB BCBA certification required
At least 1 year of school experience
High school behavioral experience required
Experience with Emotionally Disabled populations
Strong FBA and observation skills
Ability to provide direct services on-site
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
