Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Part-Time | 30 Hours/Week
Setting: Hybrid | On-Site Direct Services, Work-from-Home Indirect Services

A school district in the Antelope Valley has an opening for a BCBA to provide behavioral services across multiple high school sites for the 2026/2027 school year. This position offers a hybrid arrangement for indirect services while requiring in-person support for direct student services. Experienced school-based BCBAs and qualified travelers are encouraged to apply.

Position Details:

Full 2026/2027 school year
Strong potential for renewal
30 hours per week
Schedule to be determined
Itinerant assignment across closely located district sites
In-person direct services at school sites
Remote work permitted for indirect services
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Complete student observations and provide behavioral interventions
Collaborate with district school psychologists and administrators
Support high school students, particularly those with emotional disabilities

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification through the BACB
Minimum of one year of school-based experience
Experience with high school students
Experience supporting students with emotional disabilities
Ability to commute between assigned district sites
Must be available for on-site direct services
