In this full-time role (30 hours/week, Monday through Friday), you will:

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA, licensed through the BACB
• At least one year of experience in a school setting
• Background in school-based ABA, preferably with high school and ED student populations
• Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Work with district teams to conduct FBAs, classroom observations, and develop/implement interventions
• Create and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Partner closely with school staff to support student behavior and progress
• Provide insights and leadership across multiple nearby high school sites
