This full-time, itinerant role spans several closely located high schools, which means you’ll engage with varied teams and student populations. Collaborate directly with school psychologists and administrators to advance best practices in positive behavioral supports, strengthen your expertise in FBA assessments, interventions, and BIP development, and enrich your skills through exposure to new leadership styles and school systems. Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification from the BACB
  • Minimum of one year schools-based experience, preferably high school
  • Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis within educational settings
  • Experience supporting emotionally disturbed (ED) student populations
  • Certification/training in crisis intervention and de-escalation
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation for itinerant assignments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with district and school teams to conduct FBAs, student observations, and intervention implementation
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Lead and train staff on behavioral strategies
  • Travel between high school sites as needed
