Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
  • Valid state license for practicing as a BCBA
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform data-driven decision-making
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer expert consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to ensure fidelity of behavioral supports
  • Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams, contributing insights and participating in meetings as needed
