This full-time position offers an opportunity to apply expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic, school-based environment located in Lancaster, SC. The role involves working across elementary, middle, and high schools to support diverse student needs through evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis, maintaining thorough documentation
• Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and actively participate in meetings to support student goals

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Background in school-based or pediatric behavioral services is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with educators and staff members

Schedule and Setting:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• School-based setting with caseloads varying based on district needs
