Elementary High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Lancaster, South Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Current licensure for practice as applicable
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is strongly preferred
• Skilled in conducting assessments, designing interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student behavioral needs
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Serve as a valued consultant and coach to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff
• Collect data, analyze progress, and consistently document behavioral and intervention outcomes
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate actively in meetings to support student success
