Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Licensure aligned with state requirements for school-based practice
  • Familiarity with both elementary, middle, and high school environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for referred students
  • Design and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer ongoing consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
  • Engage in progress monitoring, data-driven analysis, and timely documentation
  • Work collaboratively with IEP teams, joining meetings and contributing to individualized student plans
