As a BCBA, you’ll provide expert behavioral support in a dynamic school setting—serving a 14-student campus where every day brings meaningful interactions and growth. This full-time contract position is designed for professionals passionate about fostering positive educational outcomes and who thrive in collaborative environments.

In this role, you’ll engage in a variety of responsibilities, including supervising RBTs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, creating and implementing behavior intervention plans, and developing engaging visual supports for staff training. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a requirement for onsite presence at least four days each week—offering both consistency and flexibility. The start date is tentatively set for August 24, 2026, with the possibility of participating in orientation sessions during July to ensure a smooth transition.

The students you’ll support present unique challenges, including physical aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors, allowing you to utilize your specialized skills in meaningful, impactful ways.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification (current and in good standing)
  • Consideration given to candidates with LBS credentials
  • Experience in K-12 school settings highly preferred
  • Proven skill supervising and mentoring RBTs
  • Ability to perform FBAs and develop/implement effective behavior plans
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support RBTs in their daily duties
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior plans
  • Develop and implement staff training supports
  • Collaborate with educational staff to create supportive learning environments
  • Address significant behavioral challenges with compassion and expertise

This contract position offers an hourly compensation of $52.50 to $57.50, depending on experience.
