Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting the growth and success of an elementary school student by bringing your BCBA expertise to a dynamic educational environment. This contract position runs through June 2027 and is ideal for a dedicated, onsite professional eager to make a difference every day.

As the primary BCBA, you’ll work one-on-one with an 8 or 9-year-old student, collaborating closely with a full onsite team to develop and implement effective behavioral and mental health strategies. The Ed Tech Center, located in a well-equipped and supportive setting, offers a collaborative atmosphere where your knowledge and insights are highly valued.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Solid foundation in behavioral and mental health interventions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience supporting elementary-aged students a plus
  • Ability to commit to onsite hours (position is not remote or virtual)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement a full spectrum of behavior and mental health supports
  • Develop and regularly update behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate daily with a dedicated multidisciplinary team
  • Track and report progress, making data-driven decisions
  • Guide and assist staff in implementing strategies for student success
  • Provide training and consultation to educational personnel as needed
