Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Davison, MI Area
Pay: $48.44–$58.70 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
Dates: ASAP – June 11, 2027
Hours: 7:30 AM–2:45 PM

Setting

• One student
• Student is approximately 8–9 years old
• Full-team approach with collaboration across school personnel
• Responsibilities include supporting behavioral and mental health needs
• School-based position at an Educational Technology Center

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support strategies
• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze student data
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other members of the student's support team
• Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations
• Support the student's social-emotional and mental health needs
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data
• Provide staff guidance and training related to behavioral interventions
• Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a comprehensive approach to student support

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• School-based behavioral experience preferred
• Experience with behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data collection
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
