Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Prior work with elementary-age students, especially those with behavioral or mental health needs, preferred.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be able to work onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage interventions and behavior plans for one student (age 8 or 9) in a supportive team environment.
- Engage with educators and other specialists at the Ed Tech Center.
- Keep accurate records and work collaboratively with school staff and families.
- Hours: 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
