Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Prior work with elementary-age students, especially those with behavioral or mental health needs, preferred.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
• Must be able to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage interventions and behavior plans for one student (age 8 or 9) in a supportive team environment.
• Engage with educators and other specialists at the Ed Tech Center.
• Keep accurate records and work collaboratively with school staff and families.
• Hours: 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
