Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or a related field
• Valid licensure to practice as a BCBA in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment)
• Prior experience working in schools or educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in behavioral assessment, creating and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching abilities for working with students, staff, and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and maintain accurate documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and interpret data to design effective interventions
• Develop evidence-based behavior support plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, special educators, and families—to implement and monitor interventions
• Provide staff training and ongoing support to ensure fidelity of behavior plans
• Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering behavioral expertise and recommendations
• Maintain documentation in accordance with school policies and relevant regulations
