Desired Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to school-aged children
  • Knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach when working with educators, staff, and families
  • Strong communication, assessment, and documentation abilities
  • State licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as required for BCBAs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention strategies
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and parents, supporting them in effective behavioral strategies
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform progress and refine interventions
  • Ensure compliance with special education regulations and ethical best practices
  • Participate in IEP meetings as the behavioral subject matter expert
  • Adapt interventions and supports to meet evolving student needs
