Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Lavaca, AR

Bring your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise to support students and educators throughout the upcoming school year. What we’re looking for:

• Active BCBA licensure
• Prior experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support teachers and staff with training and consultative services
• Provide direct and indirect student interventions to address targeted behaviors
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress monitoring for individual cases
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
• Participate in IEP meetings, support ongoing case management, and recommend program modifications as needed
