What you’ll bring:

• Active BCBA certification and relevant state licensure
• Proven experience delivering behavioral analysis in educational or pediatric settings
• Skilled in designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities for effective collaboration with school staff, families, and students
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently, adapting intervention methods as needed

Your role will include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and interpreting data to drive impactful programming
• Developing effective, evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
• Coaching teachers and support staff in applied behavior analysis strategies
