Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience supporting students in school-based environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff on implementation of behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Document and communicate findings with families and other stakeholders
• Provide staff training or consultation as requested to ensure fidelity of behavior plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal guidelines

This position follows the academic calendar, running from August through late May. The weekly hours are flexible and determined based on your chosen compensation structure, allowing you to tailor your schedule to your preferences.
