A rewarding opportunity awaits for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide impactful behavioral support services to students from prekindergarten through 8th grade. Based near Lawrence, MA, and in close proximity to Andover, Methuen, Salem, and Lowell, this contract position involves working onsite across multiple campuses supporting a diverse student population.

In this part-time role, you’ll contribute 10-15 hours per week, partnering closely with school personnel and families to address the behavioral needs outlined in students' IEPs. You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule developed in collaboration with your supervisor and gain valuable experience working with a caseload of approximately 15 students (with adjustments based on evolving needs). Your start date will be as soon as possible, with the contract extending through June 16, 2027.

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, with a valid license to practice in Massachusetts
  • Ability to complete CORI and fingerprint background checks
  • Comfort working onsite, with readiness to travel between campuses as required
  • Familiarity with special education processes and IEP development; prior experience with the eSped platform is a plus, but comprehensive training and leadership support are provided
  • Strong communication skills, flexible problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching for teachers, families, and support staff
  • Collaborate on IEP teams and adapt plans to reflect student progress and needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings (schedule varies)
  • Maintain thorough documentation and data tracking
