Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Lehigh Acres, Florida

This contract opportunity offers the chance to provide expert support in an educational setting near Lehigh Acres, FL, working with students from Pre-K through 12th grade. You’ll collaborate on-site with a dedicated team, providing behavioral assessments and interventions to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students.

Ideal candidates will bring a passion for positive student outcomes and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, ensuring every child can reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not mandatory
• Confidence working with Pre-K to 12th-grade students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans
• Must be able to work onsite (no remote opportunities)
• Open to both local and travel candidates

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Develop and oversee implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for a diverse caseload
• Train and support school staff in best practices for behavior management
• Collaborate with other onsite professionals, families, and caregivers to support student growth
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school protocols
• Participate in IEP or intervention team meetings as requested
