Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience in educational settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans
- Proficient in providing direct services to diverse student populations, including emotional support needs
- Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills; ability to partner with teachers, school psychologists, and other staff
- Comfortable working autonomously in a pioneering role within the district
- Redacted FBA sample and professional references requested for submission
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral services to students across three school sites
- Conduct classroom and student observations, focusing on both general and special education populations
- Complete FBAs and develop effective, data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expertise to inform best practices
- Collaborate closely with educators, school psychologists, and support staff to implement behavioral strategies
- Contribute to building a positive, inclusive school culture through training and consultative support
This is a full-time, onsite position with 37-40 hours per week during the school year, starting August 17, 2026 through June 10, 2027.
