Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience in educational settings strongly preferred
  • Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Proficient in providing direct services to diverse student populations, including emotional support needs
  • Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills; ability to partner with teachers, school psychologists, and other staff
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a pioneering role within the district
  • Redacted FBA sample and professional references requested for submission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral services to students across three school sites
  • Conduct classroom and student observations, focusing on both general and special education populations
  • Complete FBAs and develop effective, data-driven behavior intervention plans
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expertise to inform best practices
  • Collaborate closely with educators, school psychologists, and support staff to implement behavioral strategies
  • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive school culture through training and consultative support

This is a full-time, onsite position with 37-40 hours per week during the school year, starting August 17, 2026 through June 10, 2027.
