Take on a role where your work has real, measurable impact. We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K–12 students within a large, collaborative organization. This flexible, contract-based position offers the chance to work across diverse school settings while making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.
Both full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time schedules are available, allowing you to build a workload that fits your needs. The assignment runs from August 3, 2026 through May 21, 2027, providing continuity and the opportunity to see student growth over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
- Deliver direct services and provide consultation in both general and special education settings
- Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies as needed
- Train and support school staff in evidence-based behavioral practices
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Prior experience in K–12 school settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
