Soliant Education is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an education industry contract position serving students in the surrounding areas of Lehighton, Pennsylvania. This onsite opportunity is ideal for a behavior professional who enjoys collaborating with educators, supporting student success, and implementing effective behavioral strategies.

Position details

• Start date: August 17, 2026
• End date: June 10, 2027
• Schedule: Full-time, 37–40 hours per week
• Compensation: $50–$62.42 per hour
• Work setting: Onsite only (no virtual or hybrid options)

Role responsibilities
The BCBA will support general education and special education students across three school sites within the district. Responsibilities include providing direct student services, completing observations throughout the district, including emotional support classrooms, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing behavior plans, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with school psychologists and teachers.

Qualifications and requirements
Candidates must hold BCBA certification. The district requires a redacted FBA sample and professional references when submitting candidates for consideration.
