Your workday will focus on a range of impactful responsibilities, including:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify individual student needs.
• Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Offer expert consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams.
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Work collaboratively with IEP teams and participate actively in meetings to support student success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Valid state license, as applicable for practicing in schools.
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred.
