This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours per week and the chance to partner with various schools to provide critical behavioral supports.
Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and appropriate licensure
- Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Proficiency collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with IEP processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear documentation
- Ability to tailor support strategies for students across diverse grade levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), aligning with school goals
- Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support teams
- Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Work effectively with IEP teams, actively participating in meetings and contributing expertise
- Support school staff in implementing positive behavior supports and fostering inclusive learning environments
