Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week
Setting: School-Based
Work Arrangement: Onsite

A school district in Lapeer, MI is looking for a dedicated BCBA to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting an elementary-aged student as part of a collaborative school team.

Position Details:

Full-time schedule
37.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday
School hours approximately 7:30 AM–2:45 PM
Support one elementary-aged student
Provide behavioral support and intervention
Collaborate closely with the student's full support team
Address behavioral and mental health needs
Work alongside school staff and other professionals

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
Previous experience working with children or students preferred
Strong behavioral assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work onsite as part of a multidisciplinary team
