Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Prior school-based experience is valuable, but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
