Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold current BCBA certification
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods

• Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Strong data collection, reporting, and analytical skills
• Ability to support and provide guidance to staff and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

• Collect, analyze, and maintain behavioral data to track student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, sharing professional recommendations
