Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents in school-based settings
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention plans
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis related to student progress
• Commitment to ethical standards and evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized intervention plans for students
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to staff and paraprofessionals
• Facilitate communication and goal-setting with families and educational stakeholders
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent plan implementation
• Monitor and document student progress, regularly updating support strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute insights and advocate for optimal student outcomes
• Offer consultation and professional development regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
