Step into a meaningful contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting young learners for both the remainder of this school year and into the first semester of the next. This pivotal role focuses on delivering impactful behavioral services to elementary students, specifically working with 24 inclusion students in kindergarten through third grade, as well as 5 students in a specialized classroom setting. You'll have the chance to make a difference in an elementary environment where your expertise is valued and your contributions are felt every day.

This is a full-time position, with hours ranging from 37.5 to 40 per week, starting immediately and continuing until June 22nd. There is no requirement for extended school year or summer coverage, allowing you to plan your time outside the academic year with confidence.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience supporting K-3 students in public school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of inclusion best practices and experience with sub-separate classroom models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with classroom staff to implement behavioral supports for both inclusion and sub-separate settings
  • Offer ongoing coaching, professional development, and modeling for staff working with diverse needs
  • Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as appropriate
  • Serve as a critical partner during team meetings, IEP development, and parent conferences
