An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to make an impact in an elementary school environment. With a contract extending through the remainder of this school year and into the first semester of the next, you'll find the chance to build meaningful progress alongside students, staff, and families.

This full-time position, with a schedule of 37.5 to 40 hours per week, focuses on a K-3 caseload, supporting 24 inclusion students and 5 students in a sub-separate classroom. No extended school year or summer coverage is required, offering a clear structure to your planning and commitment. You'll collaborate with educators and support teams to shape positive behavioral strategies and promote inclusive success for young learners.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA licensure required
  • Strong background in implementing ABA within a public school setting
  • Experience working with K-3 populations preferred
  • Excellent skills in collaboration and communication
  • Ability to create, modify, and monitor individualized plans

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans for K-3 students
  • Provide direct support and ongoing coaching for staff and families
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and professional standards
