Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Levittown, Pennsylvania

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Active BCBA or Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential required
• Familiarity with or eligibility for required PDE clearances
• Solid background supporting children and school staff in educational settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based behavior intervention practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide on-site support, guidance, and training to educators and staff
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make recommendations for adjustments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Support Cheltenham SD’s special education goals through direct service and consultation
• Maintain all required documentation and ensure compliance with school and district standards
