Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania

Exciting contract opportunity available for skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support a dynamic educational environment through the remainder of the 25/26 school year. The district is seeking four experienced professionals who are eager to not only provide behavioral support to classroom teams, but also mentor future BCBAs by offering essential supervision hours. This role allows for a significant impact on student growth and the development of ABA apprentices working toward their certification.

This flexible opening welcomes candidates interested in full-time or part-time assignments, with working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Schedules and caseloads will be determined based on program needs and team fit. We are open to onsite, hybrid, or fully virtual work arrangements to ensure the best match for your expertise and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience providing supervision hours to BCBA candidates is highly valued
• Ability to develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Strong communication and mentorship skills
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not mandatory

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral support services to classroom teams within the district
• Mentor and supervise ABA apprentices, ensuring they receive both restricted and unrestricted hours essential for BCBA certification
• Collaborate on the development of FBAs and PBSPs for students
• Provide training and capacity-building opportunities to staff and teams
• Adapt to various delivery models: onsite, hybrid, or virtual
