This unique opportunity invites Board Certified Behavior Analysts to work collaboratively with dedicated classroom teams and mentor the next generation of BCBAs. The need is urgent—four skilled individuals are sought to help provide behavioral support and professional supervision through the remainder of the 25/26 school year.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience delivering direct behavioral supports in educational settings preferred
- Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP) development
- Ability to mentor and supervise ABA apprentices, supporting both restricted and unrestricted hours needed for BCBA eligibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and mentoring to future BCBAs (ABA apprentices), ensuring they progress smoothly toward certification
- Support district classroom teams by offering expert-level behavioral strategies and facilitating training as needed
- Conduct FBAs and develop comprehensive PBSPs, promoting positive outcomes for students
- Integrate your expertise into existing programs by consulting on best practices and guiding problem-solving discussions
- Offer flexible support, with the option for onsite, hybrid, or virtual arrangements to suit your preferences
This contract position allows for full-time or part-time involvement, with schedules aligning to 8:00–4:00. Exact caseloads will be tailored to your skillset and interests.
