An exciting opportunity is available to support a district as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or virtually. This contract role covers the remainder of the 25/26 school year, with flexible start as soon as possible. Both full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Your expertise will be instrumental in two primary areas: delivering top-notch behavioral support for classroom teams and mentoring future BCBAs. The district is dedicated to nurturing talent, seeking an experienced BCBA who can provide essential supervision hours to ABA apprentices pursuing their certification. You’ll make a meaningful impact as you help guide the next generation of clinicians while fostering positive outcomes for students.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Demonstrated experience in behavior analysis within educational settings
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to ABA apprentices
- Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and in Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP) development
- Collaborative, communicative, and supportive working style
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision hours (both restricted and unrestricted) to ABA apprentices working toward BCBA certification
- Deliver behavior support and training for classroom teams across the district
- Complete and oversee FBAs and develop PBSPs as needed
- Collaborate with staff, students, and families to ensure positive behavioral interventions
- Maintain thorough, organized documentation per district and certification standards
