Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, intervention design, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to maintain detailed records and adapt to the evolving needs of students

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to develop effective intervention strategies
• Design and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide guidance and training to teachers, aides, and families on implementing behavioral strategies
• Lead or participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to student plans
• Support ongoing data collection and progress reporting to document student outcomes
